With Driver published rates are per day and include up to 180 km per day. Self Drive is available for cars, SUVs and jeeps and is quoted separately; vans are with-driver only. Eligibility and live availability will be confirmed by admin.

Step 5

Terms, cancellation & booking rules

Customer must review and accept the policy before payment.

Deposit

1 day: 50% • 2–3 days: 30% • 4+ days: 25% of the booking total.

Cancellation proposal

30+ days: 100% deposit refund • 15–29 days: 75% • 7–14 days: 50% • under 7 days: no refund • no-show: no refund.

Important

Final commercial rates, payment fees, security deposit, fuel policy and self-drive eligibility rules must be confirmed by South Coast Taxi & Tours before going live.

Payment support: Card / OnePay checkout works on the live HTTPS site after merchant credentials are configured. During local ZIP testing, use the WhatsApp payment-assistance option below. Bank Transfer can be selected and saved as pending; official account details are provided securely by the team.
Final checkpoint: Payment is allowed only when your required documents are complete, your WhatsApp/phone number includes a valid country code, and the Terms & Cancellation acceptance is checked.
